Hey folks, wow, what a day yesterday. Bitcoin set a new low and then went ballistic to the upside. Exactly what we wanted. Here is the daily chart:

Comment: Bitcoin went up 6% yesterday and we got a major breakout to the upside and formed a large engulfing sign. We have also continued to move higher today and the probability of a continuation here is high.

The near term descending trendline has been broken and we are now aiming for the next trendline up at 6650. We have almost been up there earlier today, we reached 6550 but we are right now at 6350.

Lets move over to Bitcoin Cash:

Comment: BCH had an awesome day yesterday, it rose 9% and we finally got that bullish pennant breakout we wanted. Whats interesting is that BCH has now broken out of its long term descending trendline and there is a lot of potential to the upside here. The next resistance is at 850 and the next target should be 950 which was the last peak.

Also, look at the wavetrend indicator at the very bottom of the chart. If we can break that trendline the sky is the limit for Bitcoin Cash!

And now Litecoin:

Comment: Litecoin did also breakout from its bullish pennant and the big advantage for Litecoin is the volume. It was higher than the volume average so I value this breakout even higher than the one for Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash.

The next resistance level for Litecoin is 95 and the target should be a daily close above 100.

Finally, lets have a look at Ethereum:

Comment: The usual bullish pennant even here and the volume was at normal level. In terms of the next trendline, we need a daily close above 505 and the next target after that is a daily close above 550.

Happy trading!

Yesterday we noted that Steem had a very good day, it was up 9% at best but ended up about 3%. However, today, it has gained a lot of strength and is right now up more than 11%.

Here is the daily graph:

Comment: You can see that we have clearly passed yesterdays high and the next hurdle will probably be 0,000325 BTC, that is the upper bollinger band.

Now, if we look ahead a little bit, we do have the 200 day exponential moving average at 0,00042 BTC and that is my next target.
